Building: Statistical Office in Lublin, ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 48, 20-068 Lublin
The building has a single main entrance from Stanisława Leszczyńskiego Street. The building consists of four floors above ground and one underground. Access to the building is paved. One parking space for people with disabilities is designated in front of the building. The main entrance is located on the raised ground floor, accessed by stairs secured on both sides by railings. There is no wheelchair access. To the right of the stairs, a stair lift is installed, with a bell placed next to it to notify people inside the building of the need to use the lift. The glass entrance door to the building is marked with a contrasting stripe. The stripe features appropriate pictograms for people with special needs. The concierge is located on the ground floor, to the left of the main entrance. An information board is located to the right of the entrance. Inside, there is a single staircase, equipped with balustrades and a double-handrail handrail. Each floor is clearly marked with a number. The Office building does not have an elevator. A stair climber located on the ground floor is available for travel between floors. The building does not have Braille or large print signage (except for floor numbering). The circulation paths on each floor of the building are sufficiently wide and threshold-free. The first and last steps of the stairs are contrastingly highlighted. Restrooms are located on the mezzanines between the individual floors of the building, accessible only by stairs. The accessible restroom is located on the mezzanine below the ground floor. It does not meet all accessibility standards (including lack of adequate maneuvering space and an alarm system). The conference room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with wide doors. The widened entrance also leads to room no. 1, where the Information Desk is located, and to room no. 2, designated for REGON registration. Room no. 2 contains a portable induction loop for the hearing impaired, a signature frame for the blind and visually impaired, and a magnifying glass. The Office building also has a children's corner. Medical equipment for resuscitation, including a defibrillator, is installed in a publicly accessible area on the ground floor. Evacuation is ensured through appropriate procedures, evacuation route markings, including emergency lighting, and specialized evacuation equipment. Assistance dogs are permitted in the building for people with special needs.
Building: Statistical Office in Lublin, Biała Podlaska Branch, Brzeska Street 41, 21-500 Biała Podlaska
The Biała Podlaska Branch of the Lublin Statistical Office is located on the second floor of a building managed by the Biała Podlaska District Office. The building comprises five floors above ground and one underground level. There are two entrances to the building. The main entrance is from Brzeska Street, and the second from the large parking lot on Gabriela Narutowicza Street. Access to the building is paved. Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are designated to the right of the main entrance. Stairs with railings on both sides lead to the main entrance from the outside. A wheelchair ramp is located to the right of the stairs. The concierge desk is located on the ground floor of the building, to the right of the main entrance. An information board regarding the Branch's premises is located on the second floor. Inside the building, there are two staircases equipped with railings. Two independently operated elevators are located next to the main staircase. Access to the second floor, where the Office's branch is located, is via elevators fully adapted for people with disabilities. The elevators have sliding doors, and their position is indicated by a display. The buttons on the numeric keypad are easily tactile, embossed, and the illuminated numbers are marked in Braille. The passageways on each floor of the building are sufficiently wide and threshold-free. The first and last steps of the stairs are marked with contrasting color. A restroom for people with disabilities is located on the ground floor of the building, behind the reception desk on the right. The branch is equipped with a portable induction loop for the hearing impaired and a signature frame for the blind and visually impaired. Access to the building is permitted for those with special needs with an assistance dog.
Building: Statistical Office in Lublin, Chełm Branch, Plac Niepodległości 1, 22-100 Chełm
The Chełm branch of the Statistical Office in Lublin is located on the third floor, in Wing A of the building, managed by the Lublin Voivodeship Office. The building consists of four floors above ground and one underground. The building is accessed via a single main entrance from Niepodległości Square. Access to the building is paved. Five parking spaces are designated for disabled people in the parking lots surrounding the building. The main entrance is accessed from the outside by stairs secured with railings on both sides. To the right of the stairs is a wheelchair ramp leading directly to the elevator from the sidewalk. The concierge desk and information board are located on the ground floor of the building, to the right of the main entrance. Inside the building, opposite the main entrance, is a staircase equipped with railings. To the right, behind the reception desk, is the elevator. It provides access to all floors. The elevator has sliding doors and is equipped with visual and audible signaling. The buttons on the numeric keypad are easily tactile, raised, and marked in Braille. The passageways on each floor of the building are sufficiently wide and threshold-free. The first and last steps at the main entrance and in the stairwell are marked with contrasting color. The restroom on the third floor is partially accessible to people with disabilities. The Radzyń Podlaski Branch of the Statistical Office in Lublin is located on the third floor of a building managed by the Radzyń Podlaski City Hall. The building consists of three floors above ground and one underground. Access to the building is via one main entrance from Warszawska Street and a side entrance. Access to the building is paved. Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are designated in front of the building and in the side parking lot. The main entrance is accessed from the outside by stairs secured on both sides by railings. A wheelchair ramp is located to the right of the stairs. There is no concierge desk. The information board is located to the right of the main entrance. Inside, there is a single staircase equipped with railings. There is no elevator. The building does not have Braille signage, high-contrast signs, or large-print signs. The passageways on each floor are sufficiently wide and step-free. A restroom for people with disabilities is located on the ground floor of the main hall, opposite the entrance. Four steps, marked with a contrasting stripe, lead up to the building, providing a barrier for people with limited mobility. The ward is equipped with a portable induction loop for the hearing impaired and a signature frame for the blind and visually impaired. Assistance dogs are permitted in the building for people with special needs.
Building: Statistical Office in Lublin, Zamość Branch, Podgroble Street 1, 22-400 Zamość
The building has a single main entrance from the street perpendicular to Podgroble Street. The building consists of two floors above ground level (raised ground floor). Access to the building is paved. One parking space for people with disabilities is designated near the Branch building. The main entrance is accessed via two external steps, which pose a barrier for people with limited mobility. There is no wheelchair ramp. A bell is installed at the entrance. There is no concierge desk in the building, and visitors are received in the REGON room, located on the first floor, to the left of the stairwell (room no. 1). An information board is located on the first floor opposite the main entrance. There is a single staircase inside the building, equipped with railings. The Branch building does not have an elevator. The building does not have Braille or large print signs. The passageways on the first floor are step-free, but they are not wide enough. The first and last steps of the stairs are highlighted in contrasting colors. The building does not have a toilet adapted for people with disabilities. A defibrillator, a medical device for resuscitation, has been installed in a publicly accessible area on the first-floor stairwell. Evacuation is ensured through appropriate procedures, evacuation route markings, and specialized evacuation equipment. The ward is equipped with a portable induction loop for the hearing impaired and a signature frame for the blind and visually impaired. Assistance dogs are permitted in the building for people with special needs.
